Siksha O Anusandhan University, a premier university located at Bhubaneswar, has been declared as a Deemed University U/S 3 of the UGC Act. 1956. The university has seven constituent institutions in its ambit. Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA & Ph.D / Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS) offers MBA, MHA & Ph.D / School of Hotel Management (SHM) offers BHMCT, MHTM & Ph.D/ School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPS) offers B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. in Industrial Biotechnology & Ph.D programmes. These programmes are duly approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD and PCI, Ministry of H&FW, Govt. of India. Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital (IMS&SH) offers MBBS / Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS) offers BDS programme. These programmes are duly approved by MCI & DCI, Ministry of H&FW, Govt. of India. SUM Nursing College (SNC) offers B.Sc. Nursing (Basic & Post Basic) & M.Sc. Nursing Programmes. Siksha O Anusandhan University Admission Test - 2010 (SAAT- 2010), the All India Entrance Test will be conducted by the University for admission into the following programmes of the university for the academic session 2010-11.
